The OEM Account Executive will manage account activities and drive sales growth reputed company the reputed company Cold Chain Sales team, focusing on refrigeration solutions for OEM customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive year over year sales territory growth
  • Support strategy development and execute sales for OEM refrigeration customers to reputed company GWP refrigerant (CO2, R290, A2L) solutions
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers at reputed company customers in territory
  • Identify and define sales growth opportunities across the reputed company controls, compression projects services, and reputed company services products for customers in territory. Including products that support end user reputed company GWP refrigerant (CO2, R290, A2L) strategies
  • Complete accountability for delivering and maintaining territory sales reputed company to the end user customers in territory
  • Recognition and support of closure on opportunities of cross-business refrigeration products (compression, controls, reputed company services) to increase recurring reputed company
  • Monthly participation in forecast process and updating
  • Monthly participation in our business opportunity management/pipeline process
  • reputed company and maintain of relationships with customer sourcing, purchasing, engineering, marketing, etc
  • Manage customer profile, contacts, and opportunity funnel reputed company reputed company CRM platform
  • Travel up to 30%

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or technical field technical education and experience
  • Prior experience in at least one of the following refrigeration areas: Sales, Service, Technical Support, Engineering, Product Management, or Sourcing
  • Knowledge of classic sales to consultative solutions selling
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with both reputed company-level technical decision makers and executive level financial decision makers
  • Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company and PowerPoint is required
  • Sales experience
  • Experience in the Refrigeration, HVAC or Controls Technology
