[Remote] Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to own reputed company technical hiring processes, partnering with engineering and leadership teams to enhance hiring strategies and candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
- Owning full-cycle reputed company for highly technical roles across product engineering, ML/AI, infrastructure, research, and reputed company
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand problems, calibrate on signals, and continuously reputed company the hiring bar
- Designing and executing thoughtful search strategies — from market mapping and reputed company to interview design and closing
- Managing multiple reputed company searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality
- Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through a rigorous process with clarity, reputed company, and conviction
- Serving as an ambassador for reputed company — every interaction reflects our values and sets the tone for the candidate experience
- Continuously improving how we hire by iterating on processes, tooling, and data-driven insights
Skills
- Proven experience hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent in competitive markets (we'd love to see ~3+ years, but impact matters more than years)
- Experience running full-cycle technical reputed company, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing
- Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts — you stay structured, adaptable, and focused
- Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies and compelling candidate narratives
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you build trust with both deeply technical candidates and senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborating across global time zones
- Curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering, AI, and how exceptional teams are built
- Experience hiring for research, infrastructure, systems, or other deeply technical roles
- Experience reputed company globally across multiple regions
- Background in high-growth startups or similarly fast-moving environments
- A builder's reputed company: you experiment, learn quickly, spot patterns, and continuously refine reputed company playbooks and processes
