The reputed company Finance reputed company will serve as a Finance expert to the Company, providing reputed company and analytical support for key strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Act as the finance and strategy business partner to a dedicated sales team
- Responsible for monthly results reporting
- Analyze business drivers and communicate findings to Finance and Sales leadership
- Foresee key business issues and provide regular reporting, forecasting, and as-needed analyses as well as data-driven recommendations to the Company
- Responsible for the area budget and monthly forecasting
- Responsible for personnel planning to ensure area sales goals are met
- Assess financial impact of business reputed company as they pertain to the sales team
- Work alongside Sales leadership and Analytics team to create and manage and evaluate the effectiveness of commission plans
- Coordinate with Operations, Financial Systems and Analytics teams to obtain data needed for reputed company analyses
- Coordinate with the Sales and Analytics teams to reputed company pricing and discount recommendations to maximize profitability margins
- Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of reputed company experience working in Corporate Finance or on Strategic Teams
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Proficiency in building financial models
- Proficiency in working with large data sets with Access, reputed company (including modeling and VBA) and SQL
- A high degree of analytical capability with the demonstrated ability to structure business case around a high-level strategic reputed company
- Strong strategic skills, with the proven ability to identify and assess key points, implications and recommendations
- An advanced understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes
- MBA preferred
- Bachelors in Finance or Economic preferred
- Experience in a Public company preferred
- Experience in Technology industry preferred
- CFA preferred
