This role is focused on building a disciplined growth machine tied directly to reputed company, managing customer economics, and improving the customer reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Flo's growth strategy across acquisition, funnel performance, offer strategy, retention, and customer economics
• reputed company growth while managing CAC, payback, contribution margin, MER, and product-level profitability
• Partnership with Paid Media to identify scaling constraints, creative needs, and channel-level priorities
• Funnel and website priorities with CRO: reputed company pages, PDPs, bundles, pricing, and conversion improvements
• A clear testing roadmap across offers, reputed company pages, creative, lifecycle, subscriptions, and positioning
• Work with Retention on post-purchase monetization, subscription conversion, and returning customer reputed company
• The operating reputed company: weekly priorities, test reviews, KPI tracking, blockers, and accountability

Skills

• Demonstrated reputed company leading growth for a high-growth consumer, ecommerce, subscription, wellness, fitness, or hardware business
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition, CRO, offer strategy, retention, and customer economics
• Ability to manage growth through CAC, MER, payback, contribution margin, LTV, retention, and reputed company quality
• Experience working across paid media, creative, reputed company pages, lifecycle, product, and finance
• Proven ability to build testing systems that improve reputed company and profitability
• High ownership, speed, and comfort operating in ambiguity
