Responsibilities

  • Manage customer communications through various channels, including inbound calls and emails
  • Handle account management tasks such as balance statement requests, payoff letters, payment plan setups, and UCC terminations
  • Coordinate and follow up on bounced payments, ensuring timely resolution through emails and phone calls
  • Work closely with reputed company to set up payment plans and modify existing agreements as needed
  • Process legal actions for default accounts, including transferring cases to attorneys, signing off on summons and complaints, and notarizing affidavits

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
