[Remote] Contract Recruiter

They are seeking a motivated recruiter to manage high-volume entry-level manufacturing requisitions and ensure efficient candidate processing and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of reputed company requisitions for entry-level hourly manufacturing roles: hiring strategy, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer, recommendation/negotiation, and pre-reputed company
• reputed company structured reputed company intake/strategy sessions with hiring managers; align on profiles, sourcing channels, interview plans, and decision timelines
• Build talent pipelines using job boards, reputed company media campaigns, talent communities, referrals, networking events, and partnerships with universities, community colleges, and workforce programs
• Partner with the TA coordinators on posting, candidate reputed company movement, interview scheduling, and reputed company
• Track and report on reputed company metrics (e.g., time to fill, offer acceptance reputed company, talent pipeline)

Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in reputed company with demonstrated expertise in hourly manufacturing full-cycle reputed company
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in reputed company and reputed company
