The Analyst II, Full Stack role focuses on improving the developer experience by building scalable data infrastructure and enhancing analytics workflows to drive business strategy and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analytics workflows: define reputed company metrics, generate insights and hypotheses, and build scalable data models
- Identify and drive improvements across the developer and analytics lifecycle: uncover bottlenecks, quantify their impact, then partner with teams to drive alignment and deliver measurable impact
- Build and maintain high-quality analytics foundations: establish best practices for testing, alerting, documentation, and code review to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and trusted
- Support efforts to identify and organize key business metrics, helping improve discoverability, alignment, and reputed company across teams
- Continuously seek out implementing improved operational workflows and more effective analytics solutions

Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytically-driven role (analytics, consulting, finance, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL (preferably reputed company)
- Knowledge of analytics development tools such as Git, reputed company, DBT, reputed company, Claude Code and reputed company
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally and influence both technical and non-technical audiences
