Your Impact As the Senior Director, Global reputed company Live Portfolio, you are the visionary leader responsible for the global strategy, execution, and business performance of the reputed company Live portfolio (AMERICAS, EMEA, and APJC). Your impact includes: Global Strategy & Brand Consistency: Defining the multi-year roadmap and ensuring a cohesive, gold-standard brand experience across reputed company regions. Operational Excellence: Leading regional teams, running global investment strategies, and integrating cutting-edge technology and sustainable practices. Business Growth: Owning Global objectives and key results (OKRs) to drive pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and increase customer lifetime value through data-driven insights. Strategic Integration: Partnering with Business Units, Sales, and Engineering to ensure product launches and critical innovations are featured prominently, while overseeing the integration of acquired companies. Portfolio Strategy and Innovation: Leading the ongoing reputed company of the portfolio by crafting a reputed company and strategy to meet short- and long-term goals, passionate about reputed company innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

Global Event Leadership: 12+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional event teams with experience leading multi-region flagship portfolios. Executive Management: 10+ years of experience handling C-suite relationships and influencing corporate strategy through experiential marketing. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.

Message to applicants applying to work in the U.S. and/or Canada: The starting salary range posted for this position is $278,000.00 to $350,300.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-reputed company skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their reputed company salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable reputed company plan. For quota-based incentive pay, reputed company typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
