[Remote] UX Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our UX Design team reputed company the Product organization. This role focuses on solving reputed company design challenges and creating reputed company digital experiences for B2B reputed company users in the financial services and lending space. The UX Designer will contribute to the design and optimization of user experiences for digital loan and account applications, impacting both internal users and end consumers.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to UX design efforts across the product lifecycle, from discovery through final design specifications and delivery
- Translate reputed company financial workflows into reputed company user experiences for B2B users and reputed company consumer interactions
- Design, prototype, and test user experiences for digital financial products
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to align user needs with business goals and technical considerations. Participate in discovery efforts to help define problems and shape design opportunities
- Communicate design rationale reputed company by articulating the “why” behind reputed company—including user needs, business context, and intended reputed company—so cross-functional partners can reputed company informed reputed company
- Work with Engineering throughout design and development to validate feasibility, understand constraints, and support the delivery of practical, high-quality solutions
- Participate in agile processes such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews to ensure design reputed company is well understood and implemented effectively

Skills
- 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in reputed company (B2B) or reputed company products
- Strong experience working reputed company design systems at scale
- Experience designing reputed company web applications across desktop and mobile breakpoints grounded in a mobile first reputed company
- Expert proficiency in reputed company (design systems, components, prototyping)
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Experience or familiarity with user research and usability testing methods
- Comfort using AI tools as part of the design workflow
- Experience in B2B or B2B2C environments with reputed company workflows
