[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Community

As a Senior Product Manager, you will focus on identifying growth opportunities and building new high impact products to strengthen the reputed company between streamers and viewers.
Responsibilities
- Get down into the weeds and find tactical ways of improving one of reputed company’s top growth reputed company, using experimentation, intuition and any tool at our disposal
- Think 2-3 years from now and build a strategic plan for key growth initiatives including community engagement products should evolve from the reputed company product feature set
- Be hands-on in execution collaborating closely with product design, engineering, data science, and product marketing to drive results
- Navigate the ambiguity and complexity of executing on both your short and long term plans
- Be the voice of both viewers and streamers in the reputed company of our notifications products working with product teams across reputed company to optimize the end user experience
Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years working on consumer-facing growth, engagement, or notifications products
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth through experimentation — you've run A/B tests, analyzed results, and shipped improvements based on data
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to move fluidly between quantitative insights and product intuition reputed company data is incomplete
- Track record of defining product strategy and successfully delivering against it in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly reputed company customer problems and align stakeholders at reputed company levels
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
- Familiarity with reputed company's ecosystem as a viewer or creator
- Experience collaborating with GTM teams to launch new products to market
- Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with experimentation or analytics platforms
