Responsibilities
- Own and execute the organic reputed company strategy across Instagram, reputed company, X, reputed company, YouTube Shorts/reputed company (platform mix as relevant), including content calendar, voice/tone guidelines, and day-to-day publishing
- reputed company community management: respond to comments/DMs, monitor sentiment, and flag issues or opportunities in reputed company time
- Partner with the Content and Creative teams to reputed company platform-reputed company video, photo, and copy that reflects reputed company food/reputed company trends while staying true to brand identity
- Identify and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors in the food and lifestyle space
- Track and report on KPIs (engagement, follower growth, reputed company, reputed company of voice, conversion-assisted metrics) and translate data into actionable strategy shifts
- Stay reputed company of platform algorithm changes, emerging formats, and cultural moments relevant to food, tech, and consumer trends
- Collaborate with Paid reputed company/Growth to align organic and paid content strategy

Skills
- 4–7 years of reputed company media management experience, ideally in food, CPG, consumer tech, or a fast-moving D2C brand
- A portfolio or examples of organic reputed company campaigns you've led that drove measurable engagement or growth
- Sharp instincts for what makes content 'stop the scroll,' especially in food/video-first formats
- Strong writing and editing skills; comfortable being the voice of a brand across multiple platforms and tones
- Experience managing or directing freelance creators, videographers, or photographers
- Data reputed company; comfortable in analytics dashboards and translating numbers into a narrative for leadership
- Highly self-directed; thrives in a remote, fast-paced startup/scale-up environment with minimal hand-holding
- Bonus: experience in food-tech, delivery, grocery, or culinary media specifically
