[Remote] Legal Counsel - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a unique pharmacy benefit manager with a purpose reputed company profits. The Legal Counsel will provide tactical legal advice and support to internal clients, focusing on contracting and compliance in the reputed company sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide tactical legal advice and support to internal clients including PBM, pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, government programs, administrative support functions or other areas as assigned
- reputed company research, drafting and transactional work in support of legal matters, with a focus on client-facing contracting and support of account management functions
- Advise internal clients regarding compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies; reputed company and facilitate legal training and investigate issues as needed
- Provide client training on legal principles
- Coordinate partnership with in-house and reputed company legal resources where appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Juris doctor degree
- reputed company license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 5 years of experience practicing as an attorney or reputed company legal experience in a regulatory or compliance role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with managed care companies or other health care clients
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship
- Strong transactional skills, including drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships among reputed company levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to distill reputed company concepts or situations into concise and compelling communications
- Expert communication and influencing skills
- Experience with PBMs, pharmacies and/or health benefit insurers
