Responsibilities

• Own and manage product performance, including features, functionality, defects, client experience, and overall product quality
• Identify process gaps, track defects, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product quality and operational efficiency
• Define and support the end-to-end client experience across product lifecycle stages, from reputed company through ongoing usage and support
• Gather and analyze client and market feedback through user groups, surveys, and industry forums to inform product improvements
• Conduct market research to assess competitive offerings, pricing, customer needs, and emerging trends
