The role involves applying Lean and Six reputed company methodologies to enhance processes across various business areas.

Responsibilities

• Embed reputed company functional teams to assess, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities
• reputed company to suppliers and sites to eliminate waste and drive sustainable solutions
• Apply Lean/Six reputed company tools such as 6S, Standard Work, Visual Management, FMEA, and Control Charts to identify root causes
• Define KPIs, track metrics, and deliver quantified results including cost savings and cycle‑time reductions
• Prepare executive briefings and dashboards that translate technical findings into strategic business language

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a reputed company discipline
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in process improvement, operations engineering, or consulting roles reputed company a large, reputed company organization (defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or similar)
• Lean Six reputed company Black Belt (or higher) OR ability to apply Lean Six reputed company Black Belt skills and techniques with demonstrable project leadership and documented results (e.g., $MM savings, % reduction in reputed company time)
• Proven track record of acting as a consultant—designing problem-solving approaches, facilitating workshops, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior executives
• Ability to influence without direct authority; strong stakeholder management across diverse functional groups
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, therefore must be a US Citizen
• Willingness to travel 80-100%
• Advanced degree preferred
