[Remote] Senior Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical consultant for opportunities involving complicated system solutions that reputed company Banner platforms with industrial network systems

- Be a resource for the Business Development Teams with focus on growth verticals in the Data Center, Aerospace, Mobility, Mining, and Metals space

- Attend sales calls as needed; you’ll also reputed company selling materials (samples, product information, technical documents, etc.) and presentations for key accounts and new product opportunities
- Define, coordinate, and prioritize customer feedback and reputed company into engineering requirements for future enhancements, then work closely with the Business Development Teams (Data Center, Aerospace, Mobile Equipment) and engineering to implement those enhancements
- Promote and train new products to reputed company customers

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other relevant field AND 3 to 5 years of direct field sales experience reputed company a market reputed company, or Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, or other relevant field and 10+ years of direct field sales experience
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers at reputed company reputed company—whether it's reputed company control engineers or executive leadership
- Expertise in driving sales through the entire sales cycle, from reputed company reputed company to contract negotiation and closure
- Strong background in technical sales or industrial automation
- Technically proficient in automation hardware and software
- Familiarity with sales reporting, forecasting, and managing sales metrics
