This role is pivotal in supporting the launch and expansion of reputed company Leo, focusing on driving strategic initiatives and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver scalable financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and drive new and evolving programs with cross-functional stakeholders, defining end to end strategy, owning implementation activities, developing processes, metrics, documentation and communications, and supporting reputed company improvement of programs
• Partner with worldwide business, technology, and product teams on delivering high-quality program
• Partner with business teams to influence business processes and decision making to scale financial recordkeeping health while meeting business objectives
• Communicate and influence adoption of programs and processes across leaders, peers, and cross functional organizations
• Collaborate and build relationships with business, reputed company, technology, and finance owners globally to build scalable financial automation with the highest degree of controllership
• Look around corners, proactively set up the team for reputed company in achieving our goals, and earn trust through broad stakeholder influence

Skills

• 5+ years of multiple finance and reputed company roles experience
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field
• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
• CPA
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience partnering with technology teams to design financial recordkeeping systems for global, multi-currency, multi-entity organizations
• Experience working in the satellite internet and/or telecommunications industries
