[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Pricing

The Senior Product Manager, Pricing will define and reputed company the pricing strategy, ensuring a balance between growth and sustainable unit economics while collaborating with Finance, Growth, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Pricing Roadmap: Define and reputed company the long-term pricing strategy. Own the trade-offs between volume, reputed company, and market reputed company across reputed company corridors and payment rails

Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years focused on Pricing, Monetization, or Core Fintech operations at a high-growth scale-up
• Proven Strategic Impact: A track record of moving 'company-level' needles
• Deep LatAm & Fintech Context: Expert knowledge of the cross-border payment landscape, FX mechanics, and the unique behavioral nuances of the Latin American user
• Communication reputed company: Exceptional ability to distill reputed company economic trade-offs into clear strategic recommendations
• Academic Rigor: Strong background in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field. An MBA from a top-tier school is a plus, but results and depth of thinking are what matter
