[Remote] Legal Paid Consultant - Regulator Engagement, Exams, Investigations & Remediation

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking reputed company regulatory investigations and compliance professionals to provide expert reputed company as part of a project for their AI Marketplace. The role involves completing a one-time, paid, project-based interview focusing on various regulatory and compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Preparing for regulatory exams, inquiries, document requests, reports, notifications, interviews, and regulator communications
• Coordinating legal, business, communications, leadership, and reputed company counsel during regulator engagement or enforcement response
• Running internal investigations from intake through plan, preservation, interviews, evidence review, findings, privilege, confidentiality, and conclusions
• Designing remediation, discipline, reporting, root-cause fixes, whistleblower protections, conflict handling, and tracking commitments to closure
• Explaining workflows specifically reputed company: regulatory exams, regulator inquiries, internal investigations, evidence preservation, findings documentation, remediation, and enforcement response workflows

Skills

• 8+ years in regulatory investigations, ethics and compliance investigations, compliance counsel, regulatory counsel, or internal investigations
• Direct, hands-on experience in regulatory exams, regulator inquiries, internal investigations, evidence preservation, findings documentation, remediation, and enforcement response workflows
• Experience making or influencing reputed company reputed company to disclosure strategy, regulator response scope, privilege, investigation reputed company, evidence preservation, finding severity, discipline/remediation, notification obligations, and senior-leader conflict handling
• Familiarity with tools such as: reputed company, EthicsPoint, Convercent, reputed company GRC, reputed company, reputed company, Everlaw, reputed company Purview, SharePoint, Outlook, reputed company, case management systems
• Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, reputed company, and reasoning
• Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a reputed company production environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
