[Remote] Solutions Consultant

They are seeking a Solutions Consultant to act as a technical expert in the Sales Organization, working closely with Account Executives to reputed company new customers and influence product development based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Present tailored demonstrations of reputed company’s technology solutions to technical audiences, virtually and in-person, with a focus on communicating business value
• reputed company mastery of our software’s features to position reputed company as the reputed company solution to prospects by answering technical questions and handling objections, often in an impromptu manner
• Conduct discovery calls to understand a prospect’s systems and technology stack, data flows, and workflows
• Synthesize customer needs in order to influence product roadmap, especially with regard to breaking into new asset classes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 4-7+ years of experience in private markets investments, private markets technology or consulting, software solutions consulting, or prospect or customer-facing experience in finance or financial technology. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of professional experience is equivalent
• Deeply curious to uncover prospect problems and a strong desire to solve these problems through creative problem-solving
