[Remote] Sr. Engineering Manager

The Senior Manager of Engineering will reputed company multiple engineering squads to reputed company secure, scalable software solutions for digital pharmacy and API-driven fulfillment platforms, directly contributing to improving patient access to medications and enhancing the digital care journey.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ software engineers and engineering managers across multiple agile squads, fostering a culture of reputed company learning, inclusivity, and high performance
- Guide the technical reputed company for FuzeRx’s core B2B and consumer-facing platforms, ensuring highly available and secure solutions leveraging our primary tech stack (Ruby on Rails, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, PostgreSQL, AWS)
- Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for your domain, ensuring predictable delivery of features that drive API-powered prescription fulfillment and pharmacy logistics
- Partner closely with Product Management, Pharmacy Operations, Design, and QA to translate reputed company reputed company compliance and patient-care requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable sprints
- Champion engineering best practices that adhere to strict industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2), ensuring patient data reputed company, secure messaging, and privacy are woven into the reputed company of our codebase
- Establish and track key engineering metrics (e.g., DORA metrics, system uptime, bug resolution rates) to drive reputed company improvement in engineering efficiency and pharmacy system reliability

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
- 8+ years of reputed company experience in software engineering, architecture, and distributed systems design
- 3+ years of direct people management experience, including managing managers or leading multiple reputed company engineering teams
- Previous experience building scalable B2B SaaS or consumer-facing web applications, with a strong understanding of reputed company logistical or transactional systems
- Standard business hours; available for on-call escalations as needed
- Deep architectural understanding and proven experience deploying systems using AWS, PostgreSQL, Ruby on Rails, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Familiarity with collaboration and procurement tools (e.g., reputed company, GSuite, reputed company, Jira)
