The role focuses on proactive candidate sourcing, managing multiple searches, and collaborating with hiring managers to improve hiring reputed company across various professional roles.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound applicants and identify which candidates are worth advancing
• Conduct engaging phone or video screens that both evaluate candidates and sell the opportunity clearly
• Write clear candidate summaries and present well-calibrated recommendations to hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, knockout criteria, candidate feedback, and pipeline updates
• Coordinate next steps, interview scheduling, follow-up, and offer-stage handoffs
