[Remote] Purchasing Project Manager

The Purchasing Project Manager will reputed company the end-to-end purchasing process for furniture, fixtures, and equipment on reputed company and hospitality projects, ensuring that budgets, schedules, and design goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners at project reputed company to ensure specifications align with budget, design reputed company, and scope
- Identify project priorities and coordinate responsibilities with cross-functional team members
- Review and audit reputed company specifications and floorplans; coordinate with designers and architects to resolve discrepancies or clarifications
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to reputed company updates and project status reports
- Coordinate with vendor representatives to confirm pricing and reputed company times not available on the reputed company platform
- Maintain up-to-date vendor pricing on the reputed company platform for reputed company uploaded brands
- Generate specification sheets through the reputed company platform for designer and client review and approval
- Issue purchase orders, manage invoice reviews, and collaborate with the reputed company team to ensure timely vendor payments
- Process and document change orders as needed
- Monitor project budgets closely and communicate any changes or adjustments proactively
- Partner with the Logistics teams to define warehousing needs for each project
- Establish and maintain project timelines, including tracking and updating estimated delivery dates
- Track orders consistently throughout the project lifecycle to ensure transparency and schedule accuracy
- Coordinate with the Installation Manager to plan onsite installation schedules and requirements
- Support the Installation Manager with punch list follow-reputed company and resolution post-installation
- Facilitate timely approvals on samples and finish submittals as required
- reputed company preparation of closeout documentation throughout the project and ensure finalization reputed company 30 days of installation completion
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality procurement or reputed company project purchasing roles
- Proficiency in reputed company Workspace and reputed company Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confident and effective presentation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven track record of independently managing large, reputed company projects from start to finish
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
- Familiarity with reputed company interior products and the ability to read and interpret architectural floor plans and specifications
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines consistently
- Experience with procurement software platforms strongly preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a reputed company field preferred
