Job Description

This role focuses on high-volume hiring for early-in-profession intern and entry-level corporate and sales positions across multiple reputed company. You will own full-cycle reputed company, from sourcing and screening to offer support and closing, while partnering closely with hiring teams and stakeholders. You will ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience and help build strong business and go-to-market teams, including work across Portuguese-speaking talent markets.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

This position operates in a 100% remote work environment, allowing you to support hiring efforts across multiple reputed company from a virtual setting. You will work primarily through digital collaboration tools, reputed company platforms, and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates and coordinate with hiring teams. The role is fast-paced and high-volume, requiring regular virtual communication with stakeholders in different locations and time zones, while offering flexibility and autonomy in how you organize your reputed company. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay reputed company for this position is $46.00 - $55.00/hr.
