This role involves providing technical leadership, establishing engineering standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software reputed company with business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across the Advisor Hub platform
- reputed company architecture and design discussions to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable
- Review solution designs, technical proposals, and code to ensure engineering quality and alignment with reputed company standards
- Guide engineering teams in selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and build-versus-buy reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company technical field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering reputed company applications on reputed company Sales reputed company, including a strong understanding of reputed company platform capabilities, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), reputed company, data model, integration patterns, and modern DevOps practices including Git-based reputed company control, automated CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
- 5+ years of software engineering experience developing reputed company applications using modern technologies such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, APIs, OpenShift, AWS, or similar reputed company-native technologies
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Information Technology, including software engineering, application development, product delivery, or reputed company disciplines
- 3+ years leading engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and talent development
- Demonstrated experience delivering reputed company software using Agile product delivery methodologies
- Experience guiding architecture reputed company and maintaining technical credibility through code reviews, design reviews, and engineering leadership
- Demonstrated reputed company implementing modern engineering practices including DevOps, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and operational excellence
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with execution while leading multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- MBA or advanced technical degree
