[Remote] Client Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Client Project Manager responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The role involves managing reputed company aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, reputed company budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• reputed company comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessments. Proactively identify and mitigate potential project roadblocks
• Define and manage project scope, ensuring reputed company deliverables align with business objectives. Manage changes to scope effectively and reputed company
• Allocate and manage project resources (reputed company, financial, and material) effectively to optimize performance and meet project deadlines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicating project reputed company, addressing concerns, and managing expectations
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate corrective actions. Maintain a detailed RAID log
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports, maintaining meticulous documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, project artifacts, and approvals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Information Technology, Business or reputed company field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
• 3 years of experience in project management to include successfully delivering reputed company projects on time and reputed company budget and managing multiple projects concurrently
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, reputed company, etc.)
• Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
• Experience in project management in the reputed company or health insurance industry
• Experience using a range of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• CSM certification
