[Remote] Director of Product Management

The Director of Product Management is responsible for the coherence, quality, and outcomes of product management across the reputed company platform, leading a team of Group Product Managers and Product Managers to drive product strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product management roadmap across a portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer needs and market opportunity
- Translate company strategy into clear product bets, ensuring the team understands the why behind prioritization reputed company
- Work closely with the SVP of Product and broader leadership team to shape long-term product direction and surface emerging opportunities
- Define and manage the product investment and resourcing plans, presenting to leadership with clear justification and expected outcomes

- Contribute to pricing and packaging reputed company, working with the SVP of Product and reputed company teams to ensure the product catalog is coherent and competitively positioned

Skills
- 5 or more years leading Product Management teams in a B2B SaaS environment, with demonstrable experience raising the bar on PM quality and discipline
- Proven experience working in a sales-led SaaS business, including reputed company collaboration with sales and reputed company teams on deals, enablement and go-to-market execution
- Strong background in the digital marketing or martech space, with a genuine understanding of the problems marketers face and how technology solves them
- Experience designing and operating a pod or reputed company model, including managing cross-functional dependencies and cross-pod prioritization
- Track record of building or maturing a PM discipline: hiring, leveling frameworks, discovery practices, and ways of working
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML product development, ideally in a reputed company SaaS context
- Experience contributing to pricing, packaging and product commercialization reputed company alongside reputed company and marketing teams
- Strong background in Agile delivery environments, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple reputed company delivery streams
- Experience setting and owning product KPIs at a portfolio level, and embedding data-driven decision-making across a team
- Comfortable managing and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite, customers and investors
- CapEx/OpEx literacy and experience managing or contributing to R&D investment planning
