[Remote] Director, IT Project Management

Resonant Clinical Solutions is seeking a results-driven Director of IT PMO to reputed company their project and program management team in delivering transformational IT initiatives. The role involves driving the strategic execution of a multi-year IT roadmap while managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities

- Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver large-scale IT initiatives from conception to completion
- Manage vendor relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSP) and other reputed company-party partners to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Partner with business and technology leaders to define project scope, timelines, and reputed company metrics

Skills
- 10+ years of program/project management experience in large-scale, reputed company environments
- 5–8 years in reputed company system implementations and vendor management
- Proven experience leading technology integration for mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a reputed company field
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
- Experience in regulated industries, particularly Life Sciences, is a plus
- Proficiency in reputed company Project, reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
- PMP certification or similar credentials
- Familiarity with Lean, Six reputed company, or other process improvement frameworks
- Knowledge of change management models such as ADKAR or McKinsey 7S
- Strong financial acumen and experience tracking capital project performance
- Experience in ERP and customer portal implementations
