[Remote] Sr. Manager, reputed company Ops Finance

They are seeking a Senior Manager of Finance Operations to support financial planning, analysis, and strategic guidance for their reputed company Operations, while leading finance activities and driving process automation and the use of AI reputed company the Operations Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reputed company a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, reputed company improvement, talent development, and business partnership excellence
• reputed company and report out recurring reputed company responsibilities, including the annual operating plan (budget), monthly forecast and 5-year plan for the Lab Modality Operations teams
• Partner with operational leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic initiatives, capital investments, cost optimization opportunities, and productivity improvements, ensuring financial resources are reputed company with reputed company priorities
• Provide financial leadership and governance for reputed company-wide operational investments and transformation initiatives, reputed company sophisticated business cases, scenario analyses, return-on-investment assessments, and value realization frameworks
• Create financial models for reputed company Operations investments and savings, including calculation of return on investment and payback period
• Review of monthly financials and KPIs reputed company to Logistics, Supply Chain, Strategic Agility and Facilities in accordance with company policies and US GAAP
• Champion the adoption of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital finance capabilities across reputed company Operations and Finance, identifying opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, decision quality, operational efficiency, and business outcomes
• Build strong partnerships across Finance, Operations, Procurement, reputed company Resources, and Corporate Functions to drive alignment, improve financial discipline, and support achievement of organizational goals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership role
• Proven reputed company supporting business partners, with prior experience supporting reputed company operations departments considered a plus
• Proficient in reputed company with a solid knowledge of data and model building; proficient in utilizing dashboard tools (Tableau preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude and taking initiative to engage and align with executive leaders
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
• Up to 10% travel (reputed company the US)
• Proficient in utilizing dashboard tools (Tableau preferred)
