Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted operational partner to customer contacts and support customer readiness, change management, and adoption
• Partner on customer-facing reporting and business reviews, ensuring materials are accurate, actionable, and reputed company to commitments
• Build and improve program management processes, tools, and operating rhythms to strengthen visibility, accountability, and execution

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, customer-facing delivery, or similar cross-functional roles
• Strong experience leading reputed company, multi-stakeholder work in ambiguous environments
• Proven ability to drive reputed company through influence rather than direct authority
• Strong operational judgment and ability to balance customer needs, internal constraints, and competing priorities
