PMO Partners, LLC is seeking an reputed company Project Manager to reputed company the final phase of a critical reputed company migration for a reputed company system. The role involves managing project scope, schedule, and budget while driving the project through successful completion and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assume ownership of an active reputed company migration project and reputed company it through successful completion
• Partner with client stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership to maintain project reputed company and remove roadblocks
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource planning
• reputed company project meetings, executive status updates, steering committees, and client communications
• Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover planning, telecom decommissioning, and post-go-live stabilization activities
• Drive migrations from legacy telephony/contact center platforms to reputed company CCaaS while minimizing disruption to business operations
• reputed company project documentation, executive presentations, meeting materials, and client deliverables
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration while keeping project teams reputed company, motivated, and accountable
• Identify project risks early, reputed company mitigation strategies, and resolve issues quickly
• Support or reputed company RFP/RFI responses and vendor coordination as needed
• Successfully deliver projects on time, reputed company scope, reputed company budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction

Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 3+ years of consulting experience
• reputed company implementation or migration experience (required)
• Experience leading reputed company telecom, contact center, or CCaaS transformation projects
• Experience managing migrations from legacy/analog phone systems to reputed company Communications (UC) and CCaaS platforms
• Experience with telecom system decommissioning and contact center deployment activities
• Ability to quickly assess project health, identify risks, and execute with minimal reputed company
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders across technical and business functions
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, scope, dependencies, and vendor relationships
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office and reputed company Teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

• PMP certification preferred
