The role involves analyzing marketing data across multiple channels, building dashboards, and providing recommendations to optimize ROI and customer acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from digital and traditional marketing channels
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using key marketing metrics and KPIs

- Analyze customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion trends
- Track website, email, social media, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising performance
- Conduct customer segmentation and audience analysis to improve targeting strategies
- Measure Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and conversion rates

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
