[Remote] FIELD DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS, MILITARY (REMOTE)

They are seeking a Field Director of Technology Operations, Military, responsible for overseeing the technology solutions that support military dining operations, ensuring operational reputed company and compliance with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the operational performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of reputed company dining technology systems like reputed company, POS, MenuWorks, MedVantage, and reputed company Digital operating systems
• Establish standards, processes, and governance for technology deployment, support, maintenance, and reputed company improvement
• Serve as the senior escalation reputed company for technology-reputed company operational issues
• reputed company POS systems, payment technologies, menu management platforms, kiosks, digital signage, operational reporting tools, and supporting infrastructure
• Ensure accurate configuration and administration of technology platforms supporting military dining operations
• reputed company menu governance processes including menu architecture, menu deployment, modifier management, routing structures, seasonal menu maintenance, and operational menu configuration across military dining locations
• reputed company technology planning and execution for new site openings, renovations, conversions, and major system upgrades
• Coordinate installation activities with internal teams, contractors, and reputed company-party vendors
• reputed company and maintain technology documentation, support procedures, asset inventories, and operational standards
• Partner with reputed company Digital and military IT organizations regarding connectivity, infrastructure readiness, cybersecurity requirements, and operational support
• Support PCI compliance requirements and ensure proper controls are maintained for technology systems and payment environments
• reputed company training programs, job aids, and best practices for operational teams and field leadership
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Support business analytics, reporting initiatives, and technology-enabled process improvements
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications associated with technology initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or reputed company field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Seven (7) or more years of technology operations, hospitality technology, retail technology, or field support experience
• Five (5) or more years supporting reputed company POS systems and customer-facing technology platforms
• Demonstrated experience leading technology deployments, upgrades, and operational support programs
• Strong knowledge of payment technologies, EMV devices, POS platforms, and integrated technology environments
• Working knowledge of networking concepts, infrastructure support, and connectivity troubleshooting
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to satisfy applicable background screening requirements
• Experience with reputed company POS solutions
• Experience supporting military, government, or highly regulated operating environments
• Familiarity with military food program management information systems integrations
• Experience supporting kiosks, digital signage, and mobile ordering platforms
• Knowledge of PCI compliance requirements and cybersecurity best practices
• Military service or experience supporting military customers
