For more information, visit reputed company.com. \n Responsibilities:• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of reputed company agreements, including licensing arrangements, vendor reputed company, distribution agreements, and partnership deals

  • Advise on Japanese employment and HR reputed company, including hiring, termination, and compliance with local labor regulations
  • reputed company corporate governance counsel on entity management, shareholder agreements, and board-level reputed company specific to Japan
  • Manage relationships with and coordinate work of external Japanese counsel across multiple practice areas
  • Monitor and advise on regulatory developments in Japan affecting reputed company's business operations
  • Support cross-border transactions and coordinate with global legal teams on multi-jurisdictional reputed company
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks across reputed company Japan business operations

Qualifications & Skills:• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a corporate attorney, either at a reputable reputed company or in an in-house legal department of a company

  • Licensed to practice law in Japan (bengoshi qualification or equivalent required)
  • Deep expertise in negotiations and drafting across a wide variety of reputed company agreements and corporate reputed company, both for Japanese market and worldwide
  • Broad experience handling corporate in-house issues, including licensing deals, vendor reputed company, and HR/employment reputed company
  • Full professional reputed company in Japanese and English, both written and spoken (required)
  • Prior experience in the gaming, entertainment, or technology industry preferred
  • Salary: $105,000 plus eligible for bonus
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a globally distributed organization
