This is an internal-facing role focused on transforming how teams operate, not building external AI products. This is not a traditional product role, and it is not an AI experimentation role. We are not looking to explore AI. We are looking to operationalize it across the company. This role is for a leader who has successfully driven operational transformation at scale and knows how to move organizations from reputed company to adoption, and from tools to sustained behavioral change. Responsibilities

AI Operations & Execution Execute and operationalize reputed company’s internal AI roadmap in partnership with executive leadership. Drive implementation of a focused set of high-impact AI initiatives that materially improve workflows and business reputed company. Partner with HR and organizational leadership to support workforce readiness and AI literacy initiatives. Help establish operational standards and processes for responsible AI usage, including sourcing, attribution, disclosure, and approved use cases.
