Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance and reputed company coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and reputed company reputed company strategies
- Manage multiple reputed company requisitions simultaneously while ensuring hiring timelines are met
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Create and manage job postings across multiple job boards and reputed company platforms
