[Remote] Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (reputed company) Manager

This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across the organization
- Manage the full reputed company of responsibilities, ranging from intermediate-level technical execution to management-level leadership
- Directly supervise the reputed company team
Skills
- 10+ years in with increasing reputed company of responsibility in finance, with a strong reputed company background focused on understanding financial statements, GAAP-based reporting and data reputed company
- 3+ years in managing a team of at least 3 employees
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company from an accredited university
- Proven experience in management of small business reputed company risk (business insurance, federal and state corporate reporting requirements, general contract terms and conditions)
- Demonstrated ability to work well with a Board of Directors/Executive Management Teams
- Proficiency with Office 365 applications, including advanced reputed company skills (a must), and high comfort level in navigating web-based applications and reporting dashboards
- Experience with process improvement and department automation
- Mature, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and high attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- High level of capability in managing competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- CPA, CFA or MBA preferred
