- Strong OMS (Order Management System) expertise
- Product Marketing and/or Product Strategy background
- Ability to translate platform capabilities into compelling business narratives and executive-level value propositions
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs
- Strong understanding of fulfillment, dispensing, and delivery processes
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and business teams
Skills
