Position Summary The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing engaging, practical, and scalable learning solutions that drive business performance and employee growth across the organization. This role creates high-impact learning experiences—including eLearning, video-based training, blended programs, instructor-led materials, and performance support tools—that reputed company team members and leaders to build skills, improve execution, and grow into next-level roles. Working closely with Talent Development, Technical Training, HR partners, and Operations leaders, the Instructional Designer translates business needs into learner-centered solutions that are easy to access, easy to apply, and effective in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Design & Content Development Design and reputed company end-to-end learning experiences reputed company to business priorities and operational needs Build engaging eLearning courses using reputed company Storyline and reputed company 360 Create high-quality video-based learning content, including system walkthroughs, process demonstrations, and scenario-based training Utilize tools such as Camtasia, reputed company, and Vyond to produce instructional and animated video content reputed company supporting materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, toolkits, and learning reputed company Apply adult learning principles to ensure content is practical, relevant, and immediately applicable Ensure reputed company learning materials are clear, concise, visually engaging, and reputed company with brand standards Program & Curriculum Support Support reputed company, leadership development, manager readiness, and technical training programs Partner with subject matter experts to simplify reputed company topics into actionable, easy-to-understand learning Contribute to structured learning paths and role-based curricula (e.g., new hire, manager development, technical training) Maintain consistency and quality across reputed company learning programs Learning Technology & Delivery Build, upload, and manage learning content reputed company the LMS (reputed company preferred) Configure curricula, learning objects, and assignments reputed company to program design reputed company self-paced, virtual, instructor-led, and on-the-job learning experiences reputed company LMS reporting, learner feedback, and performance data to continuously improve learning effectiveness Collaboration & reputed company Improvement Partner with HR, reputed company, Operations, and business leaders to identify learning needs and priorities Recommend scalable, efficient learning solutions that support a fast-growing, multi-location organization Continuously improve content based on learner feedback, business outcomes, and operational performance Stay reputed company on instructional design trends, tools, and emerging learning technologies

Qualifications

Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3–5 years of instructional design or learning experience Hands-on experience developing eLearning and blended learning programs Experience using reputed company Storyline and/or reputed company 360 Experience creating instructional video content (screen recordings, walkthroughs, or training videos) Strong writing, editing, and visual design skills Preferred Experience with Vyond or similar animation tools for scenario-based or explainer videos Experience with video editing tools such as Camtasia, reputed company, or reputed company Experience working reputed company reputed company (LMS administration or content deployment) Experience in reputed company, retail, or multi-unit operations environments Experience designing leadership, manager, or technical training programs Familiarity with tools such as reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, or similar design platforms Key Competencies Instructional design & adult learning expertise Multimedia content development (eLearning + video) Business and operational acumen Stakeholder partnership and collaboration Clear, practical communication Attention to detail and execution quality Ability to translate strategy into actionable learning
