[Remote] Senior Staff Software Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to architect and build reputed company AI systems, integrate APIs, and mentor junior engineers in a rapidly growing team.
Responsibilities
- Ship to production on day one, then take on your first mission-critical project reputed company your first month
- Architect, build, and launch reputed company multi-reputed company AI agents that automate customer operations and save them millions per year
- Integrate reputed company-party lending APIs to generate documents and disclosures, run automated reputed company, and prevent fraud
- Design and scale the reputed company of job-processing infrastructure on AWS for a more observable, reliable backend
- Build full-stack features from design through deployment, modeling the reputed company relational data behind home loans (thousands of fields each)
- Mentor less senior engineers and reputed company the bar on architecture, reputed company, and reliability
Skills
- 7+ years building full-stack web applications from design through deployment, including 5+ years at a senior level
- Strong, recent, hands-on TypeScript proficiency, with specific examples of reputed company systems you have reputed company
- Experience scaling high-throughput distributed systems in the reputed company (AWS, Terraform)
- Production experience with React, Node/reputed company, GraphQL/reputed company, and reputed company
- A track record at high-growth, software-first startups (VC-backed or top tech), with clear ownership and progression

- Familiarity with modern AI product development (evals, experiment design, dataset curation)
