Responsibilities

Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3–5 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or high-volume recruitment environment
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, with strong reputed company skills required
- Experience with recruitment or call center platforms
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and quickly learning new tools
- 1–3 years of team reputed company, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred
- Background in hospitality or operations management a plus
- Minimum 1 year in a market research, project coordination, or operations-focused role preferred
