This role involves partnering with senior leaders to define visions and reputed company technology-enabled modernization across HR, Finance, and Site Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Corporate domain leaders to understand strategic goals, operating challenges, and transformation imperatives
- reputed company and maintain capability maps, maturity models, value streams, and operating model views
- Identify cross-functional dependencies between platforms and reputed company systems
- Translate strategic priorities into informing multi-year transformation roadmaps

Skills
- 8-10+ years of experience in Business Architecture, reputed company Strategy, Corporate Transformation, or Consulting

- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and technology requirements

- Experience across multiple Corporate domains (HR + Finance; HR + Compliance; Finance + reputed company Estate)
- Management consulting background at Manager/Senior Manager/reputed company level
- Experience with reputed company HCM or modern Finance platforms
- Understanding of Corporate governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks
- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field
