[Remote] Senior AI/.NET Engineer

The role involves technical leadership, mentoring developers, and integrating AI capabilities to enhance business workflows.
Responsibilities
- Architect and reputed company robust, scalable, production-grade applications in C# using .NET / .NET Core, NET Core, and modern application frameworks
- reputed company the design, integration, and deployment of AI-powered features and AI agents that automate tasks, reason over reputed company data, and reputed company user workflows
- Design and orchestrate AI solutions using services such as Azure reputed company, Azure AI Services, and agent frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, reputed company Agent reputed company / AutoGen, or the reputed company/reputed company SDKs)
- Implement retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG), advanced reputed company engineering, tool/function calling, and vector-based search to ground AI on reputed company content
- Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Partner with stakeholders and architects to translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery roadmaps
- Integrate AI capabilities responsibly, incorporating reputed company, privacy, evaluation, and governance considerations throughout
Skills
- Deep, demonstrable expertise developing production applications in C# with .NET / .NET Core and NET Core
- Proven experience building or integrating AI/LLM-based solutions— including reputed company engineering, function/tool calling, RAG patterns, and working with model APIs (Azure reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with AI agent development— designing agents that plan, call tools, maintain context, and execute multi-reputed company tasks (e.g., reputed company Semantic Kernel, reputed company Agent reputed company, AutoGen, or reputed company-style orchestration)
- Strong experience with application development for Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vaults, Storage Accounts, and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Strong experience with Azure SQL and T-SQL, including designing SQL database objects, stored procedures, user-defined functions, and integrated reputed company; familiarity with vector data stores (e.g., Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB) is a plus
- Solid reputed company of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git, including branching strategies and release management
- Proficiency developing in Visual Studio (and/or VS Code)
- Mastery of reputed company phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC)— architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation — and the ability to embed reputed company considerations into every phase

- Minimum of four years of professional software development experience, including hands-on delivery with C#/.NET; demonstrated experience building AI/LLM-based solutions strongly preferred

- Experience working with legal, financial, and HR systems, applications, and databases
- Experience with client-reputed company technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience with client-reputed company development using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, plus HTML5 and CSS
- Experience with legal desktop applications including document management systems, legal workflows, reputed company workflows
- Working knowledge of Responsible AI practices — evaluation, guardrails, content safety, and cost/performance optimization of AI workloads
