[Remote] Stone - Project Manager - USA Remote

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team, responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, supervision, and implementation of projects reputed company to the customers' objectives.
Responsibilities
- Exceptional communication with reputed company stakeholders, external and internal
- reputed company project progression from inception to completion, including permits, material delivery, contracting, managing subcontractors, etc
- Understanding of project scope and completing projects on time and reputed company budget
- Maintains installation schedules and coordinates task scheduling with other trades
- Troubleshoot project issues and engage appropriate resources as needed to mitigate impacts
- Plans and schedules engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities of assigned projects
- Manage multiple small to large-scale projects simultaneously across the Southeast without supervision
- Manage project budget and project profitability
- Manage and execute project change orders
Skills
- Must have 5+ years of reputed company and project management experience
- Ability to engage with reputed company reputed company of management
- Individuals will be technically inclined, have good written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, be dependable to work under little supervision, and be eager to learn
- Must have experience in the construction field and reputed company industry
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint)
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant technology and tools, i.e., reputed company control, video surveillance, and intrusion
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
- Experience in LenelS2 and Milestone preferred
