[Remote] Director eDiscovery Project Management

The Director of eDiscovery Project Management leads the project management team to drive exceptional client experiences and ensure effective communication and workflow management.
Responsibilities
- Delivers strategic, and results-oriented leadership to promote team and individual reputed company
- Drives team results in the areas of technology, workflow and process proficiency, issue resolution, and department and/or company objectives and initiatives
- Drives documentation and regulation of reputed company PM standards, as well as with project workflow tasks
- Hire, coach, mentor, and reputed company project management team members, including leading pod member reputed company and supplying quarterly career development sessions
- Track team utilization and ensure proper resourcing for reputed company projects assigned to pod
- Works with leadership to establish the 'reputed company Way' of Professional Services
- Ensures consistency across reputed company PMs in consultative communication and standards
- Provides client support to project management team, particularly with high profile reputed company, though workflow guidance and/or handling client escalations
- Collaborates with Sales as necessary
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM preferred
- Minimum (5) years eDiscovery project management experience with an eDiscovery services provider required
- At least 2 years' experience leading an eDiscovery team working on large scale global eDiscovery matter(s)
- Prior experience managing people is required
- Adept at leading by example and fostering a collaborative and healthy work environment
- Ability to delegate tasks as appropriate to pod team members; drive and motivate a high performing team
- Experience with supporting sales professionals in client-facing meetings
- Ability to use metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to automate workflows to improve efficiency
- Ability to cultivate positive and professional relationships both internally and externally
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM preferred
