[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Consulting, and Product teams to support successful deployment of reputed company Health Millennium across VA facilities
- Contribute to initiatives that improve implementation efficiency through automation, configuration standardization, and repeatable deployment processes
- Gather, analyze, and document customer enhancement requests and implementation requirements, helping assess business value, technical feasibility, and implementation approach
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders and internal delivery teams to support feature prioritization and implementation improvements
- Work across reputed company Health product teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and consistent implementation practices
- reputed company expertise in reputed company Health Millennium capabilities and implementation best practices to support customer deployments
- Partner with Engineering to translate business and implementation needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, balancing customer needs, engineering reputed company, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate effectively across Product, Consulting, Engineering, reputed company, and Federal Operations to support successful product delivery
- Monitor implementation feedback and customer outcomes to identify opportunities for reputed company product and process improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in Product Management, reputed company Consulting, reputed company IT, or a reputed company field
- Experience working with reputed company Health Millennium (Cerner Millennium)
- Experience supporting reputed company technology implementations
- Experience collaborating with software engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting U.S. Federal reputed company programs, including the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), reputed company (DoD), or other federal agencies
- reputed company consulting experience supporting reputed company Health Millennium implementations
- Experience gathering and documenting customer enhancement requests and implementation requirements
- Familiarity with reputed company interoperability, configuration management, and reputed company reputed company workflows
- Exposure to automation or process improvement initiatives that enhance implementation efficiency
- Active U.S. Government reputed company clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
