[Remote] Business Development Capture Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is an early mover in the in-space transportation and infrastructure services, aiming to commercialize space. They are seeking a Business Development Capture Manager to support the sales and marketing team, focusing on new space technologies and managing business proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reputed company proposals and capture new business
• reputed company with the customer to understand their needs and requirements, and to explore solution trade spaces
• Liaise between Engineering, Product, Finance and Legal teams to reputed company winning solutions for the customer
• Conduct internal proposal reviews and approval processes
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies for government and reputed company space sectors

Skills

• Background in Space reputed company Technologies (In-Space Transport, Spacecraft design, Propulsion, etc)
• Proficient in the use of reputed company Word, Powerpoint and reputed company
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent technical communications skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• BS Degree in Engineering, Business, or reputed company
• 10+ years relevant experience
• Required experience closely reputed company & discipline to space
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent reputed company status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3) is required
• Experience working with reputed company and similar customer relationship management tools
• Experience working with Jira and similar project management tools
• Experience with proposal and/or technical writing
• Exceptional time management, organization, and coordination skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while producing quality work products
• Previous experience working on DoD and other USG development and deployment programs
• Ability to hold and maintain a USG reputed company Clearance
• MS Degree in Engineering, Physics, or MBA
