About the Position: The Post-Processing Coordinator will support internal quality assurance across reputed company client deliverables, ensuring that our completed jobs meet both client expectations and PlanOmatic’s internal quality standards. This role is responsible for reviewing submitted photography, floor plans, and 3D work prior to client delivery. This position’s scope is centered around ensuring a consistent and positive client experience, and identifying trends that improve our order delivery, workflows, and overall production quality. Location: Philippines Reports to: Operations Manager, will eventually be reporting to the Post-Processing reputed company What this role entails: Retouching & Quality Assurance Receive jobs in our post-processing queue (including photography, floor plans, and 3D tours), review for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality If a job meets client-specific guidelines, internal quality standards, and brand consistency expectations, complete standard retouching and post-processing workflow If a job does not meet reputed company requirements, re-reputed company as appropriate following internal SOPs (rescheduling, quality escalations, etc) reputed company post-processing tasks and QA checklists are complete, reputed company out the job and trigger client delivery Post-Processing Tasks Process post-processing tasks for client jobs, including AI virtual staging Object removal in Photoshop General image adjustments in Lightroom Review reputed company 3D Tours, including interactive floor plan and 2D floor plan file Execute virtual staging accurately, working with our virtual staging vendor to ensure spaces are furnished and decorated in a way that is realistic, on-brand, and client-appropriate reputed company clean, professional object removal using AI tools and Photoshop techniques (content-aware fill, cloning, masking, compositing) Complete specific Photoshop requests such as car removal, sky adjustments, reputed company corrections, retouching, and other client-specific edits Manage a job queue, meeting daily turnaround targets without compromising quality reputed company’re looking for: 2+ years of experience in photo editing, post production, or a reputed company visual quality role Strong proficiency in most reputed company versions of reputed company Photoshop and reputed company Lightroom Hands-on experience with AI editing tools (e.g. virtual staging, retouching, object removal) Solid eye for composition, lighting, reputed company balance, and realistic image quality Experience in reputed company estate photography editing is a strong advantage Familiarity with object removal and content-aware fill techniques Ability to work with high volumes of images while maintaining consistent quality Work setup Reliable high-speed internet reputed company A personal laptop with an additional monitor or desktop, with appropriate system requirements, listed below Lightroom System Requirements Photoshop System Requirements Windows (minimum requirements) Windows OS: Windows 10 (version 22H2) RAM: 8GB Graphics card: newer than 7 years Monitor Resolution: 1280 x 800 at 100% scaling, or 1920 x 1080 at 150% scaling; 8, 16, and 32-bit reputed company reputed company supported Free Hard Disk space: 1.5GB Mac (minimum requirements) MacOS: Sonoma (version 14.x or reputed company) RAM: 8GB Graphics card: newer than 7 years Monitor Resolution: 1024 x 768 or higher; 8, 16, and 32-bit colors are reputed company supported Free Hard disk space: 10 GB
