Responsibilities

  • Manages reputed company-sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) or large (>15 countries, full service) projects/programs under general supervision, with primary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget
  • Adheres to and promotes principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers

  • Trains, mentors and coaches Regional Project Leads and Project Managers in the department
  • Participates in feasibility research
  • Supports business development tasks, such as development of proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings, and the like
  • Implements company standard practices and compliance with intradepartmental procedures

Skills

  • At least 7 years of industry experience in clinical research
  • At least 4 years of global, project-level clinical project management experience, including management of reputed company project phases from startup to closure, management of reputed company functional services, vendor management
  • Experience managing global projects
  • Experience in Gastroenterology is preferred
  • Oncology and radiopharmaceutical experience is a plus
