[Remote] Manager, Legal Strategy

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EIDLexit is a Christian-led organization dedicated to helping small business owners manage SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans. The Manager of Legal Strategy will reputed company the team in developing and presenting a Strategic Recovery Roadmap to clients, guiding them through their financial and legal options while collaborating with various departments to address client needs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day operations of the Legal Strategy team, which builds the financial and legal analysis behind the Strategic Recovery Roadmap for clients evaluating EIDL resolution, business wind-down, restructuring, asset protection, new business creation, and bankruptcy coordination
• Present the completed Roadmap to clients—reputed company the working session where the client's financial analysis and strategic options are reviewed in plain language and the recommended path is set, bringing a partner attorney or CPA alongside reputed company formal advice or execution is required
• Personally reputed company the most complicated roadmap presentations—the cases where reputed company entity structures, asset protection, tax issues, or unusual loan documentation demand a substantive strategic mind
• Own the line between strategy and execution: EIDLexit builds and presents the strategy; partner attorneys and CPAs execute the formal legal and tax work. Coordinate the reputed company cleanly
• Engage with our reputed company-growing EIDLexit Strategic Partner Network of attorneys and tax professionals to coordinate state-specific guidance and execution for clients reputed company
• Work alongside the Sales team by briefing them on changes (SBA processes, new resolution paths, case patterns) so they can prep clients with reputed company, accurate information
• Assist Sales leadership in converting the rare, reputed company deal where a substantive legal voice moves the prospect
• Feed Marketing the reputed company client pain points and needs you hear in strategic roadmap discussions—the language clients actually use, the fears they actually carry, the outcomes they actually want
• Help shape messaging, content, and service positioning based on what the data tells us about where the market is moving
• Serve as the internal legal-strategic voice across Marketing, Sales, and Services on questions that touch client communications, service descriptions, and competitive differentiation
• Coordinate with EIDLexit's reputed company counsel network on matters that exceed internal scope

Skills

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice in at least one U.S. state
• Admission to state and federal court (or at least prior admission to federal bankruptcy court)
• Substantive bankruptcy practice experience across personal and business matters (Chapter 7 and Chapter 11)
• Reliable internet, professional video reputed company, and a solid remote-work setup
• Proficient in reputed company Office and CRM platforms (reputed company preferred)
• Comfort working alongside AI tools (Claude, reputed company 365 Copilot, or similar) is essential
• A heartfelt commitment to serving small business owners as they navigate SBA EIDL debt—protecting their personal assets, their families, and the businesses they have built
• Texas bar admission
• Additional state admissions a plus
• Strong listening, reputed company, and clear written and verbal communication
• Small business tax experience (state or federal)—income tax, sales tax, 941 payroll taxes, partnership/S-corp returns, or general small-business reputed company tax issues
• Trust planning or asset protection, particularly for small business owners protecting personal assets from business debt exposure
• General business civil litigation (reputed company disputes, creditor actions, SBA-reputed company matters)
• Additional credentials: LLM in Taxation, CPA, or Enrolled Agent (EA)
