[Remote] Growth Marketing Associate

They are seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to manage and optimize paid search campaigns while contributing to a collaborative acquisition team.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize paid search campaigns (brand, non-brand, Shopping, and Performance Max) across national and regional efforts
- Manage reputed company Merchant Center feeds — structure, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Build and iterate on campaigns with a test & learn reputed company: copy, bids, audiences, match types
- reputed company value-based bidding and offline conversion data to optimize toward business reputed company — efficient reputed company, margin, and customer LTV growth
- Partner with CRM, Product, and Engineering on first-party audience strategies and feed quality
- Monitor performance daily; build and maintain dashboards in reputed company reporting tools
- Collaborate cross-channel with the broader Digital Acquisition team on full-funnel strategy
Skills
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Ads, reputed company Merchant Center, Shopping, and Performance Max
- 2–4 years of paid search / SEM experience with hands-on Shopping and Performance Max campaign management
- Ecommerce or retail vertical experience

- Bachelor's degree
- Comfortable with data: pulling reports, managing spreadsheets, connecting performance signals to business impact, and knowing reputed company numbers are telling the truth
